ABOUT ORDERS

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders can take approximately 2-3 business days for all domestic orders to be processed and shipped (weekends are not included).

How long does delivery take?

USPS time frame for delivery in the United States is approximately 2-4 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee earlier delivery beyond 5-7 business days.  Holiday orders excluded.

We apologize, as we do not offer express shipping at this time. We will do our best to ship your package to you as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting www.USPS.com

Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery).

Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team.   

I need to cancel my order what do I do?

Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.

Are Orders placed with a discount code Final Sale?

Yes, at this time, any order or item placed with a Discount Code upon checkout will be Final Sale.

Do your items run true to size?

The quick answer — YES! All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We hand measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so be sure to read the details section before buying.

Are you a legitimate boutique?

Yes! We are a small business with locations in Atlanta, GA & Mobile, AL. We shoot and ship our own merchandise in traditional boutique style. While “scam boutiques” seem to be increasingly popular, we’re not one of them.

Do you have a storefront?

Yes, we have a physical locations in Mobile, AL & Atlanta, GA. We also have pop-up shops twice a month. Always check our Home Page to get details about when and where.

When will items featured behind the scenes on Snapchat/Instagram be available for purchase?

Items featured ‘behind the scenes’ on our Snapchat/Instagram will be available on the website within 48 hours.

How often are items restocked?

We do not restock within the season. If you love something grab it; because supplies are limited.

What can I get on a budget?

Creative Rizk Boutique adds new markdowns on sale every other week. We also have frequent sales and promotions for an extra discount. Follow us on social media and sign up for our email list to stay in the know about the latest items on sale.
